Tips: Please keep the center hole of pod holder unhindered or it might cause short cups or leaking.
- Make sure the coffee pods was placed properly.
- Make sure the edge of the tea pods tucked into the centre of the pod holder; Tea pods are lighter than coffee pods therefore they need to be placed in the middle entirely to prevent moving to the side when the pod holder was pushed into the brewer.
- Make sure the pods are not over 12g.
- There might have been a pod broken from previous brews. Please refer the instruction on the website on “ Cleaning the Spout” https://singleservebrewer.com/questions/
- Brush and rinse the stainless steel pod holder under the running water a few times to clear out any possible clogging.
