Tips: Please keep the center hole of pod holder unhindered or it might cause short cups or leaking.
- Brush and rinse the stainless steel pod holder under the running water a few times to clear out any possible clogging.
- Check if the pod is over 12g.
- There might not be enough water in the reservoir if it is pour-over model.
- If it only makes the short cup first cup in the morning and it is the plumbed-in model, check the in-line water pressure.
